Hi, I’m Garrett Smith, VoIP Supply’s Chief Marketing Officer. I’ve been in selling and marketing goods and services via the internet since 1999. I can’t say that I’ve always been into technology, but after stints at Sprint and T-Mobile USA I developed quite the affinity for technology, especially cutting edge voice communications, like VoIP.

Today I enjoy sharing my expertise about VoIP with others. I’m a frequent contributor to industry publications, the VoIP insider and my own personal blog, SmithonVoIP.com. Feel free to get in touch with me with any questions you might have, I’d love to help.

When I’m not sharing my expertise with others, I’m busy running our business development and marketing departments. It’s a dynamic, fast paced role that keeps me on my toes and at the forefront of today’s emerging technologies…a great place to be for a technophile passionate about sales and marketing.

Experience

As one of VoIP Supply’s first employees I’ve been with the company since 2003. During this time I have held a held a variety of sales, marketing and business development roles. This diverse experience has allowed me to experience thousands of different situations, work with tens of thousands of customers and best yet develop a true expertise with VoIP.

In addition to this hands-on experience, I’ve published over 2,000 articles on the topic of VoIP and published seven guides on VoIP equipment.

Interests

My work here at VoIP Supply keeps me pretty busy, but in my free time I enjoy working out, writing, reading and spending time with family and friends doing something competitive.
