Use the Patton Smartnode 4118 with 4 FXO ports to connect up to 4 PSTN lines to your PC or server running 3CX Small Business edition, capable of handling up to 8 simultaneous calls. The addition of 4 FXS ports on the Patton SN4118 allow you to connect to up to 4 analog devices. Simply install the 3CX to a PC or server, connect the Patton SN4118, configure using easy to use drop down menus, add internet access, a network switch and IP phones you are ready to roll.
