Is Something Not Working Right?

We know how frustrating it is to have a product that is not functioning properly - but don't worry you have found the right page to get you the assistance you need.

  • If you believe your product is DOA (Dead on Arrival) you will need to initiate an RMA, you can do that here.

Technical Support Options

Given the wide array of vendors, devices and protocols available, getting started with VOIP, or adding new devices to your existing network, can be a technical challenge. Deployment issues can vary depending on your network environment and/or VoIP service provider. Our experienced VOIP engineering staff has performed extensive platform interoperability testing with all of the products we sell, and can assist you with any technical hurdles which may arise. We offer several convenient and affordable support options, on a per-product basis. Please note that this support package is intended for Phones, Wireless Phones, adapters and headsets. This does not include gateways, PBX's, PCI cards or channel banks. If you need support for any of these items please contact our sales department for details.
